Darius
is back. Edinburg thought it had seen the last of this seductive Dragon King,
but that was before Darius found something worthwhile. He just can't stay away
from the impossibly beautiful Dr. Sophie Martin-even though he knows that a
passion this strong could prove detrimental...for them both.
CRAVING
DESIRE
Sophie
tried to forget her encounter with smoking-hot Darius to no avail. He's in her
dreams, tempting her. But her association with Darius catches the attention of
another, putting her in mortal danger. . .and Darius, who has vowed to protect
her, is her only hope. But can she trust the notorious dragon shapeshifter? The
only thing she knows for sure is that she cannot resist him...

Review:
The next installment of the ever intriguing
world of the Dark kings has arrived with a bang. Darius has been one of those characters I’ve
loved to hate, especially the way he seems to view women and relationships, but
in this story we get to see a deeper glimpse of the man behind the King and
find out why he’s such a hard ass.
Sophie was a sweet if somewhat naïve individual who turned out to show a
lot of backbone. I enjoyed their story
immensely, but there was a lot going on and more and more these stories are
becoming less about each coupled finding love and more about the coming battle
between the Kings and their enemies. I
will say that for long time fans of the series there will be some serious ups
and down for one of our favorite characters, Rhi, but we are still in the dark
as to who her King lover is. There were
a lot of tears, love, sadness, and ultimately an HEA that brought together two
stubborn people that have been hiding from love for so long they forgot what it
looked like when it slapped them in the faces.
I am looking forward to whichever King ends up finding his match next,
but hopefully the story will be more about them and less about their roles in
the overall ARC.
