Mini-Review: Mine (Club Sin #7)

Mine (Club Sin #7)

by Stacey Kennedy

Blurb:
Dmitri Pratt is living out his dream. Not only does he own the ultimate playground for the BDSM lifestyle, he’s found a special connection with his deliciously sexy sub, Presley Flynn, the woman who complements him in ways that go far beyond the bedroom. But when an anonymous blackmailer threatens to expose the elite, high-profile members of Club Sin in a notorious tabloid, Dmitri’s perfect world spirals out of control.

Before she met Dmitri, Presley never imagined she would find a Master who could deliver on all her hottest fantasies. Dmitri’s love and his sensual artistry surprise her every day, until he suddenly turns distant and cold. For the first time, Presley wonders where Dmitri’s heart truly lies: with her, or with Club Sin. As the life they’ve built together begins to crumble, Presley can only trust that Dmitri has what it takes—to defend what’s his, and win back the woman he cannot live without.

Review:
The end has truly come for the series about a bunch of sexually dominant and amazing men that have found the loves of their lives in the submissives that have rocked their world and changed their lives forever.  This book serves as the wrap up, updating us on all the lives of the couples that have come before.  In the course of this recap we get to see the continuation of the story of Dmitri and Presley, the first couple that came together in the series of Club Sin.  The club is being threatened and Dmitri has to find a way to save his beloved club, protect his friends, and most important find a way for him to make Presley see that she is the most important thing in his life.  Presley has some serious issues in this story as she comes to terms with her fears about her future and the doubts she has about her relationship with Dmitri.  Dmitri also has some problems to work through as he comes to terms with the changes being forced on him.  It was heartbreaking to see Dmitri and Presley pulled apart in their fears and learning that sometimes our fears are the only thing keeping us from finding the true happiness of our hearts.  In the end Presley got her man and Dmitri found the true peace and contentment he’s been looking for all his life, showing Presley the vulnerable and sweet man she has always known he hides from the world behind his Dominance and sensuality.  I was terribly sad to see this series was ending, but look forward to the coming spinoff and was happy to get to meet the characters that series will be based on.  In the meantime I know Dmitri and his sexy Club Sin Masters are always there for me if I need a refresher on the true sensuality of a dominant man and already know I will be rereading this series often.  Thank you for an amazing adventure Stacey.
