Years ago, the DreamMakers co-owner was a one-woman kind of guy until he tore Emma Lee’s heart apart. Yet he’s never forgotten her, and when Emma waltzes back into his life, a second chance is suddenly within his reach…and he’ll be damned if he’ll screw up again.
She wants her world to stop spinning apart
Emma’s no longer the naïve girl she used to be. Now a successful designer in the fashion world, she refuses to let Dean’s killer smile and sweet-talking ways distract her from her goals. But being the target of Dean’s full-out seduction isn’t easy to resist, even as the dynasty she’s built teeters toward disaster. This time she might the one who breaks both their hearts when she has to walk away.

Review:
Wow what a really cute read. I have been waiting for this story for a while, mainly because I so badly wanted to get to know Dean and see him fall in love. Dean's friends have been falling left and right and I have enjoyed very much watching them fall into love. Arend and Kennedy are both favorite authors of mine and when I learned they were going to be working on a project together I was instantly attracted. The first two Dreammakers stories were awesome and we have been learning more about Dean and his past in each story, but now Dean's past has come back to remind him the true meaning of love. If you missed the first two in the series you will be okay with this one, but the whole picture will be improved greatly if you read them all. I am looking forward to the next books and cannot wait to see how the team might expand in the future with more badasses turned matchmakers.
Dean has always been haunted by the girl that he left and lost when he was a young man, but when he finds himself face to face with her again, he has an impossible desire to rekindle their love. Emma has never forgotten or gotten over Dean, even as she moved on with her life and tried to find a way to succeed in her life. Now he’s back in her life and seems determined to make her fall in love with him again. Dean was awesome; a sensual badass, with a layer of sweet and a sense of humor to make him the perfect match for Emma, if only she will forgive and let him show her the man he has become. Emma was a sweet girl that got her heart broken and never really recovered. Even though her professional life has become close to perfect, her personal life has never recovered from losing Dean, but she's no pushover. I enjoyed watching her make him work for it, making him earn her love and show that he's really changed. In the end they both find a way to get what they want and have a chance to remake their love so they can have a future together. I also enjoyed the glimpses of past couples and the cameos of the other members of the group that might get their own stories soon. While I love anything by Kennedy and Arend, enjoying their combined work and seeing how they collaborated to make even greater works of art. Cannot wait for the next one in the series.
